Welcome to FitLiving Eats! If you’ve been following along on social media, than you know I’ve been waiting for this day for a long time coming. After many cups of coffee and long nights, it’s finally here and I am so excited to share it with you all.

I hope you stay a while and have a look around at the new site and maybe even find a recipe or two to add to your menu for next week. But first, I want to share with you a little more about FitLiving Eats!

The FitLiving Eats Philosophy

My mission is to guide others towards healthy, sustainable lifestyle choices to be able to re{Fuel} for Life. I believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach. In order to feel at your best, it’s important to listen to what your body needs while focusing on making healthier choices.

However, I do believe that what we choose to fuel our body with directly affects how we feel and function, and ultimately our life. No matter what diet or lifestyle you choose to follow, we all know we should be eating more fruits and veggies and I’m here to show you how!

With the understanding that fueling our body with whole, nutrient-dense foods with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables, plant-based protein and whole grains is key for optimal health, I hope you find new and exciting ways to fit more plant-based foods into your lifestyle here at FitLiving Eats.
