AS AN INTEGRATIVE HEALTH COACH, IT’S MY MISSION TO GUIDE YOU TOWARDS HEALTHY, SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE CHANGES TO BE ABLE TO RE{FUEL} FOR LIFE! 

It is my life passion to help others see the transformation within themselves as we set realistic goals and work towards making sustainable changes for a healthier lifestyle, from the inside out. I will be a guide and mentor who will empower you to make the healthier choices, and provide you ongoing support and encouragement.

Three-Month Transformation Program

In this program, I will help you connect the dots between who you are and who you want to become. We will work together to set personal goals and work towards sustainable change. Once we have identified your individual and unique health goals, we will create a blueprint for how to get there, as well as attainable action steps each month. During this time, you will learn to decipher your body’s unique needs as you embark on this journey towards true transformation!

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • (2) 50-minute sessions per month via Skype or phone
  • Email support in between sessions
  • Healthy recipes to increase your confidence in the kitchen and energy throughout the day
  • Handouts and other tools specific to your goals and needs, whether it be reducing inflammation and pain in the body, weight loss, brighter skin, or finding a balance in life to become less stressed

COOKING CLASSES (Located in Winter Park, FL)

Do you want to feel more confident in the kitchen and learn how to make healthy foods that will fuel your body the right way?

Join me in the kitchen for a fun, informative and hands-on cooking class offered on a monthly basis! Menus are designed around fresh, seasonal ingredients and simple recipes that even the beginner at-home chef will feel comfortable making.

We all know we should be eating more fruits and vegetables, so why don’t we? Together, we will make a variety of recipes that will introduce you to healthy, plant-based foods that taste amazing and are a great way to sneak in those leafy greens and colorful seasonal produce!
